Occupational Therapist (Graduate Position)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday)

About Fast Track Therapy:
Fast Track Therapy is a new, small provider offering a friendly and supportive work environment. We pride ourselves on supporting our team with regular supervision, minimal admin tasks, and a flexible work structure that allows you to design your schedule.

We provide a structured 3-month Graduate Program with shadowing, supervision, and tailored professional development, followed by ongoing support as you grow.

You’ll visit participants in their homes and communities across Sydney’s Eastern & Inner Suburbs, with flexibility to complete notes and reports from home.

The Role:

Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants aged 9+ across physical, neurodevelopmental, and psychosocial disabilities.

Receive regular supervision and structured support as part of our Graduate Program.

Enjoy flexibility in scheduling; choose to self-manage bookings or let us arrange them.

Work remotely for documentation, with travel fully reimbursed ($0.85/km + tolls).

Manageable caseload with a target of 25 billable hours per week.

Be rewarded for your effort with $50 per billable hour above target, with supervision counting toward KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

National Police Check

Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR Certification

Valid driver’s license and car, as community visits are a regular part of the role (with travel fully reimbursed).
