About the role

Sponsorship available - We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Intelligent Health Care Australia in Mid north Coast region Port Macquarie, NSW , Coffs Harbours and surroundings and Orange NSW ( Centra west of NSW and Dubbo Region ). This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in improving the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans

Providing occupational therapy services such as Home modification , Functional capacity assessment , Assistive technology prescription.

Collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client-centred goals

Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of occupational therapy practices

Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation and adhering to professional and organisational standards

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated experience in providing occupational therapy services, ideally in a healthcare or community-based setting

Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Strong ability to work autonomously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
