Salary Starting from $83,189

About the Role:

Are you a highly organised and motivated professional with a passion for aviation and administration? The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a Senior Officer Airport Administration to provide high-level support to the Airport Manager and Coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and excellent stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do:

Manage aircraft movement data and reporting

Oversee key airport systems including VICs, ADA, and key registers

Coordinate agendas, minutes, and documentation for meetings

Provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder support

Assist with audits, inspections, and corporate reporting

Liaise with internal teams on advertising and marketing opportunities

What You'll Bring:

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of local government procedures (preferred)

Current WA "C" Class driver's licence and National Police Clearance

Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
