About the Role
This is a high-pressure role where hitting deadlines and SLA commitments is critical. You will be operating wide-format printers and finishing equipment to ensure every order is delivered on time, to specification, and at the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating wide-format printers and cutters.
Running finishing equipment (laminators, trimmers, etc.).
Ensuring all jobs are delivered within agreed SLAs.
Assisting with roll changes, material handling, and machine set-up.
Troubleshooting production issues quickly to minimise downtime.
Maintaining quality control and safety standards at all times.
Working independently and as part of a team
Direct Team and Delegate Tasks as required
About You
3–5 years’ experience in print operations and/or finishing (large-format preferred).
Thrive under pressure and excel at meeting strict deadlines. Usually 24 hours
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
Reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
