About the role & company:
Intro Recruitment Professional Solutions has partnered with one of Australia’s most recognised names in electrical contracting and engineering. They have an impressive portfolio of D&C projects spread across multiple sectors, and they are now looking for a specific Project Manager who has delivered the full electrical package for a new Data Centre build.

This opportunity will suit Project Managers who have progressed from their electrical trade and have experience managing similar commercial or industrial projects valued at greater than $5M, with the essential Data Centre project experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare scope of works, cost plans, and manage project budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor construction programs, track progress, and provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and support electrical teams, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure quality and productivity.
• Manage project risks, compliance, and maintain strong focus on HSEQ standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of jobs and resources to meet project milestones.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Support business development activities and contribute to identifying growth opportunities.

About you:

• Valid QLD Electrical Licence
• 2+ years experience as an Electrical Project Manager
• Must be able to demonstrate your Data Centre build experience as a PM
• Experience leading projects valued between $5M - $20M+
• Commercial/Industrial project experience leading a medium to large site team
• A tertiary degree or further post-trade studies is advantageous
• Established relationships with electrical suppliers and subcontractors in SEQ
• Ability to drive a team and problem-solve
• Ability to manage multiple projects if and when required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial knowledge of Australian standards
