About the Role

As an Experienced Crowd Controller, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety and order of patrons and staff at a range of venues and events across Perth, with opportunities to work in regional areas and grow into long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain crowd safety and manage entry/exit flow efficiently

Enforce venue rules, licensing conditions, and safety regulations

De-escalate conflicts and handle incidents with professionalism

Act quickly and calmly during emergency situations

Deliver high-level customer service while maintaining authority

Submit detailed reports on incidents and observations to management

What You Bring

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Crowd Control or Security

Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments

Excellent communication, judgement, and conflict resolution skills

Physical fitness and stamina for extended shifts

Current WA Crowd Control and/or Security Officer Licence

First Aid Certificate (highly regarded)

Professional appearance and strong work ethic
