We are a growing chartered accounting firm in Ringwood, looking for a motivated and skilled Intermediate Accountant who is ready to take the next step into a senior role.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll be managing client accounts, reviewing the work of junior staff, and starting to refine your advisory and strategic tax skills. About the Role

Manage a portfolio of small to medium business clients

Review and support the work of junior team members

Prepare financial statements, BAS, tax returns, and compliance work

Provide tax and business advice with a strategic focus as you grow into a senior role

Engage directly with clients to deliver proactive service

Work with cloud-based tools and modern accounting technology

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Australian public accounting firm

Completed or near completion of CA or CPA studies

Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation

Confident with technology – in particular Xero, Hubdoc, MYOB, and QuickBooks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive approach and readiness to step up to the next level
