The firm has adopted modern practices, such as fixed fee agreements, to ensure timesheets and productivity % are irrelevant. They also use Xero to ensure the team can work remotely and have flexible work arrangements.

Information:

• As a Senior Accountant, you will be working closely with Partners and management to support the overall office and team, whilst taking on direct client contact.
• You're not alone, and will have management to support you, the Partners and a team of seniors, intermediates and juniors.
• The firm provides full 360 service to clients. They have a mortgage broking arm, insurance arm, financial services/planning arm, and an accounting arm.
• The accounting division consists of HNW individuals and groups, with client fees ranging from $3000 to $24,000 or more.
• The clients are diverse; however, the firm has a strong reputation and interest in property and investment management. With a strong presence in the news, media and amongst professional circles.

To be considered:

• Senior Accountant with 5 years+ recent experience in Australian business services and public practice.
• CPA/CA qualification or close to completion.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Experience with a team and portfolio of clients.
• Experience with Xero is desirable but not a necessity.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• A desire for work-life balance.
• Knowledge/exposure with taxation structures including, Division 7a, CGT, small business concessions and superannuation.
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
