About the Role:

This is a broad role covering financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, and oversight of accounting processes. You’ll lead a high performing finance team, and ensure all controls and processes remain fit for purpose as the business continues to scale.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving month-end close and reporting across multiple countries
• Leading and developing the accounting team, building capability and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Managing external audits and regulatory filings, ensuring full compliance across several jurisdictions.
• Lead group consolidation and reporting requirements
• Overseeing the fixed asset register and ensuring accurate reporting of capital expenditure.
• Maintaining strong internal controls and embedding compliance with financial standards.
• Driving process improvement and best practice

About You:

You’ll be a Chartered Accountant (CA) who trained in professional practice and has since moved into a complex, multi-entity environment in a Finance Manager (or similar) role. You’re comfortable leading teams, handling audits end-to-end, and working across multiple countries. You combine strong technical grounding with a practical, improvement-focused mindset.
