Job Description:

We are seeking our next Development Coach to join our growing team at MyFirstGym?

A coach’s role is to be the face and magic behind the facilitation of classes a MyFirstGym. A coach is responsible for inspiring movement through magical moments within their classes that see children leaving with a smiling red face excited to return for more.

As a MyFirstGym coach you are the face of the business and with that comes the responsibility of ensuring your classes are run to a quality that sees trials join on the day based off how magical their experience was in the class. Also it is the role of a coach to ensure the club retains its members through great coaching experiences which lead to progression and confidence in every member.

A MyFirstGym Coach is not just a coach, they are a mentor, friend and role model with a passion to inspire children through movement and fitness

Key Roles and Accountabilities –

Assisting in creating a club culture that focuses on a quality member experience by leading by example and demonstrating a first class member service that positively impacts overall member retention in the club.

Ensure that creating magical moments is the number one objective in all classes. This must be upheld as the number one priority in all MyFirstGym experiences.

Clearly understanding the structure and basis for all MyFirstGym programs, which will include a strong awareness of physical literacy, both the definition and the application as it relates to MyFirstGym classes.

Actively reading, understanding and facilitating the programs as they are provided to you and ensure adequate time and planning to ensure class execution is to a high standard.

Using the gymmaster booking system to its full potential, which will include thorough awareness of class attendance prior to class, knowledge of any trials in your class and awareness of any health or behavior related notes prior to class starting.

Creating a high energy class environment that delivers excellence in professionalism, maturity and personal standards while always remembering to keep it fun.

Ensuring all risks, safety and potential behavior related issues are reported to the Club Manager and Head Coach or are resolved urgently and in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the company.

Front of House Sales Consultant

Overview

The Front of House Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting the club’s day-to-day operations and achieving performance outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service and sales performance in a fun, family-friendly environment.

You will support the following areas of the business:

Membership experience

Sales acquisition

You'll also lead the planning and delivery of in-club events such as birthday parties, date nights, and school holiday camps — ensuring every family leaves with a smile!

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, engaging, and high-quality experience to all members and guests

Coordinate and execute events: birthday parties, date nights, holiday camps, etc.

Lead by example and support the team with enthusiasm

Manage the club in the absence of the Club Manager

Member retention and cancellation management

Follow up prospects and support new membership acquisition

Maintain club presentation and safety standards

GymMaster administration and reporting

Assist with social media and local community engagement

Business-to-business outreach and lead generation

Handle stock orders and complete incident reports when required
