About the Role
Head to Health Wellington is seeking passionate and committed Mental Health Clinicians to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Sale, Victoria. This role offers flexibility in workdays and hours, up to full-time, in a supportive and community-based setting.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, including psychology, counselling, social work, mental health nursing, social welfare, and alcohol and other drug (AOD) services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and wellbeing of the Wellington community, while working alongside a dedicated and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide short-term, evidence-based mental health support to clients across the Wellington region

Conduct face-to-face assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health concerns

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and person-centred care

Maintain accurate and professional client records

Participate in regular professional development and reflective practice

What We’re Looking For

Registration or provisional registration with AHPRA or a relevant professional body (e.g., AASW, PACFA)

Professional background in psychology, social work, counselling, mental health nursing, social welfare, or other mental health support.

Experience providing therapeutic interventions or case management

Strong assessment and evidence-based treatment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to ethical practice and improving mental health outcomes for the community
