Salary per hour (exc. super): $44.55 - $56.73
Hours per fortnight: 64 Hours
Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time (July 2026)

Are you a Registered Nurse, Occupation Therapist or Social Worker? Kyneton Community Mental Health Team have an opportunity for someone to join their team in an Fixed Term Part Time, this role is within the Macedon Ranges and the successful applicant will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
You will provide intake coordination, assessment, and clinical treatment—including crisis support and case management—for patients, families, and carers; develop and monitor Individual Service Plans in collaboration with all stakeholders; engage with community services for ongoing support and discharge planning; and participate in education, consultation, and multidisciplinary team activities.
