With strong momentum in the market, they are looking for a QLD Specification Manager to play a key role in shaping their growth.

The Role
This is more than a sales position, it’s an opportunity to make a real impact and grow with the business. Working directly with the owner, you’ll build lasting relationships across the architecture & design community, drive new business opportunities, and be a key voice in shaping their national strategy.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, engineers, and commercial clients to secure product specifications.

Identify and convert new business opportunities across QLD.

Deliver presentations, attend industry events, and represent our brand in the field.

Work alongside the founder on strategy, product insights, and long-term growth plans.

Help lay the foundation for future expansion into new markets.

About You

Has experience in specification sales or business development (A&D industry experience preferred).

Is confident engaging with architects, designers, engineers, and commercial clients.

Brings drive, initiative, and a proactive approach to building business.

Has a genuine passion for design, innovation, and creating better spaces.

Is Brisbane-based and open to occasional travel.
