We are seeking a high energy person to join our Sales Team for our luxury Retirement Community in the Hunter Valley.
Qualifications & experience
Relevant sales, marketing or customer service experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A broad understanding of issues, challenges and opportunities for our target market (Age 55+).
Work under direction or with autonomy as part of a team format.
Understand and interpret building plans and specifications.
Skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. CRM experience also preferred.
A high degree of literacy and numeracy.
Police Check.
Tasks & responsibilities
Achieve sales targets in accordance with approved project budgets.
Follow up all enquires in a timely manner.
Record enquiry, reservation and settlement information accurately on the CRM system (Village Master).
Optimise enquiry conversion to reservation and complete appropriate paperwork.
Accurately prepare instructions for our solicitors to prepare Resident Agreements.
Liaise with customers, their agents and solicitors to ensure the transition from reserved to settled occurs smoothly and in a timely manner.
Organise and attend sales functions.
Research and build effective relationships with local businesses & referral sources in order to promote the Village within the community.
Ensure sales collateral is up to date and adequate supplies are on hand for new enquiries. Maintain a high level of presentation in the sales office / display villas.

26 hours per week permanent part time - hours for ideal candidate:
Week 1
Monday: 10am – 3pm
Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Week 2
Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am – 3pm
