THE ROLE

Join us as we expand our Southern Region service team! You'll build amazing customer relationships, ensure top-notch service, and support our BDMs. If you thrive in team environments, have a keen eye for detail, and want to learn and grow professionally along the way, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Team up with Service Coordinators to meet KPIs.
Keep our Service CRM Database accurate and up-to-date.
Schedule and manage maintenance and service callouts.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Sales Team on new service opportunities.
Address customer concerns and improve our processes.
Skills Needed:
Customer Experience Focused
Previous Customer Service Roles preferred but not essential.
Great time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, outlook etc.
A rockstar can-do attitude!

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Flexible hours/Hybrid workplace negotiable based on experience.
