Are you passionate about membership engagement and looking for a long term 6-month temporary role with great flexibility on a hybrid basis?

We’re seeking a Membership, Events & Engagement Coordinator to join an alumni association based in South Yarra This role is ideal for someone with experience in membership, events management, CRM coordination and who has a strong background in administration, communications, and marketing.

In this role, you’ll manage membership onboarding, renewals, and provide support to members. You’ll also play a crucial role in leading/supporting the team on event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and helping to facilitate seamless Zoom sessions for virtual events.

About you:
You are a strong communicator with a go-getter attitude. You don’t mind picking up the ball when it is dropped and would love to join a small team where you can roll up your sleeves and do what is required.

Your literacy is exceptional both verbal and written and you have excellent interpersonal skills. You have experience working and managing a CRM system, have good excel skills (WordPress skills highly advantageous, but not mandatory).

• Background managing a CRM
• Experience in Event Planning
• Understanding of Membership base Marketing – highly regarded
• Experience working within an Association – highly regarded
• RSA (responsible service of alcohol certified) - highly regarded

With a generous hourly rate of between $40-$45 per hour + Super (dependent on experience), this is a part-time position with a flexible schedule: 3-4 days per week, with work from home flexibility and ability to choose your start time.

The position starts ASAP, lasting for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
