About the role

The core purpose of this role is to supervise and lead a team of Technicians, ensuring that rostered work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will be the first point of contact for your team regarding technical enquiries, daily tasks, and operational issues. A key part of the role will be to improve Technician engagement and technical knowledge through ongoing performance feedback, appraisals, and training.

What you’ll bring

Professional communication, customer service, and leadership skills

Confidence with tablets, apps, and Microsoft Office

Valid Driver’s Licence and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Demonstrated experience in an office-based or administrative role, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Proven experience in a leadership position, including managing or supervising a team to achieve performance outcomes.
