About the role:
The Customer Contact Team provides quality customer service through switchboard operations to customers, stakeholders, service providers and members of the public at their first point of contact with the department. The role access various systems and tools to direct customer queries to the right team or individual.This role is required to demonstrate exemplary customer service for all enquiries.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of NSW State Government! This is a hybrid work arrangement - Monday to Wednesday in the CBD office and Thursday/Fridays from home. This is a temporary assignment for 3 months which may get extended.
Key Responsibilties:
- Deliver professional, customer service at all times
- Respond promptly, and effectively to triage all enquiries from customers, stakeholders, service providers and members of the public, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Any associated administration tasks
About you:
- Previous call centre experience
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office suite capabilities
- Previous Government experience preferred
