Braza Churrascaria, a busy Brazilian BBQ restaurant, located in Darling Quarter, are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for our Call Centre to work weekends - Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Must have excellent communication skills and customer service. Full training will be provided.
The main part of the work involves:
answering phone calls
calling customers back
answering and sending emails to customers
understanding all Braza's terms and conditions to pass on to our customers
dealing with pre-payments for functions
computer skills are essential
