About the Role:

Francis Venues is currently seeking motivated and reliable Bottle Shop Attendants to join our team at Berwick Springs Hotel.

This is a customer-facing, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked store while supporting the day-to-day operations of the bottle shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment

Support the daily operations of the bottle shop

Unpack and replenish stock efficiently and safely

Assist in merchandising and sales display setup

Ensure store presentation standards are maintained at all times

Follow all safety and responsible service protocols

General cleaning and upkeep of the bottle shop area

Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a retail or liquor environment (advantageous, but not essential)

A current RSA Certificate (required)

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and time management

A genuine interest in hospitality, customer service, and product knowledge
