We’re hiring for multiple positions, including:

Room Attendants – cleaning and servicing guest rooms to the highest standard

Housekeeping & Linen Assistants – managing linen and assisting with daily housekeeping operations

Pool & Rooftop Setup Support – helping set up poolside areas, rooftop spaces, and maintaining our gym facilities & public areas.

Food Runners – energetic team players with great attention to detail and a passion for hospitality (no experience required, training provided).

Section Waiters – experienced professionals who thrive in a busy restaurant setting and can deliver polished, attentive service to our guests.

Casual Bartenders & Glassies – Multiple Bars

Join the team at Hotel Sorrento and work across some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most iconic bars in an iconic venue: Salt Bar, Front Bar, Rooftop Bar, Shi Hui Shi Bar, Pool Bar, Lounge Bar and the our new Lobby Bar.

We’re looking for:

Experienced bartenders with proven skills in cocktails, beer, and wine service, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Glassies who are eager to learn, will be trained in all aspects of the bar, and have the potential to progress into bartending roles (must be 18+ for this pathway).
