This high profile ASX listed property group has a broad range of investments and with an impressive history of growth are well placed to take advantage of market changes. Their finance team are highly motivated, keen, smart, and provide a great environment for any ambitious person to grow their own skills.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and based in a new renewable energy fund, this role will include:

Consolidated financial reporting

Monthly management reporting

Monthly commentary and analysis

Budgets and forecasts

Half year and annual external audit work

Half and Annual Year End Financial Statements

Review of month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments

Tax compliance

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years' of experience, ideally an Accountant who started their career in a Big 4/2nd tier chartered firm and now has some experience in a financial accounting capacity in a property/fund/renewable energy business. The ability to work autonomously, operate in a fast-paced environment, solve problems and drive through solutions, and an adaptable nature are all key.
