Busy, well established, family General Practice is looking for a PART TIME vocationally trained GP (6 or 7 sessions per week) who would like to establish themselves in a professional, busy general practice in Melbourne's leafy eastern suburbs. Ample parking onsite, next door and opposite. Neighbouring shops include cafes, pharmacy, supermarket and post office.

We have been in Balwyn for forty years and all nine of our GPs are enthusiastic about the diverse range of services we provide.

The GP we are looking for is passionate about great qualty patient care but can also find a second gear when an urgent case presents. They have clinical experience with a wide variety of patient personalities and conditions, are happy to do an occasional Saturday morning and are a team player. We are a mixed billing practice with full nursing support (4 RN's) and encourage our GPs to have their own special medical interests.

Approximate pay range for full time GP is $350k to $400k (pro rata for part timer) AFTER administrative service fees have been deducted.

You would be engaged as an independently trading practitioner with a Facilities and Services agreement prepared by Avant.

We are open from 8.30 to 6.00pm weeknights and on Saturday mornings until 11.30 but we are not open late evenings, on Sundays or on public holidays. Work / family balance a priority. No after hours oncall requirements. We are fully booked daily and are proud of the support we offered the community over recent years.
