This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior/Supervisor/Assistant Manager to step into a client-facing, leadership-focused role with real career progression.

The Role:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Review financial statements, income tax returns, and BASs prepared by junior team members

Provide tailored tax compliance and business advisory services

Identify tax planning opportunities and assist with structuring advice

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service

Mentor, support, and review the work of junior accountants

Collaborate with Managers and Partners on complex matters and project work

Drive process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency

About you:

CA/CPA qualification (or nearing completion)

Minimum 4 years’ experience in public practice within business services and tax

Strong technical knowledge across tax compliance and accounting standards

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
