About the Role

As a Concrete Pump Line Hand at Big Boss Pumping Pty Ltd, you will play a vital part in delivering professional and reliable concrete pumping services across South East Queensland. This full-time role involves supporting the pump operator, maintaining equipment, and ensuring concrete is delivered efficiently and safely to job sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting the concrete pump operator with the setup, operation, and pack down of concrete pumping equipment.

Guiding and managing the pump line to ensure concrete is placed accurately and efficiently.

Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of hoses, lines, and associated equipment.

Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times.

Working closely with the operator and team to coordinate on-site activities.

Following all safety procedures and company policies to protect yourself, the team, and the public.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Line Hand or in a similar labouring/trade role (preferred but not essential).

A strong work ethic and ability to safely handle physically demanding tasks.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety.

Willingness to learn and grow within the pumping industry.
