What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a range of dishes to the highest standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes are adhered to & health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times

Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu specials

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the kitchen

Assisting with stock control and ordering of kitchen supplies

What we're looking for

Formal chef qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)

Minimum 2-3 years' experience working as a qualified chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
