Your Role:

Take the reins of a refined and well-structured local portfolio. With premium tools, first-class processes, and strong admin support, you’ll focus on delivering white-glove service to clients while maintaining control, clarity, and balance in your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management with an assistant, leasing & admin support
• Portfolio of 140 properties - IMMACULATE!!
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and compliance
• Managing rent reviews, arrears, and lease renewals
• Building lasting relationships with discerning landlords and tenants
• Using top-tier software to stay organised and efficient

What You Bring

• Previous experience in property management
• A client-first mindset with premium service standards
• Strong time management and multitasking ability
• Polished communication and interpersonal skills
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Current driver’s licence
