BGIS is seeking a visionary Head of Shared Services - Finance to lead the transformation of our Finance Shared Services function.

Managing a team of 30 and reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact

As Head of Shared Services, you will:

• Lead & Inspire - empower and develop a 30-strong team, building a high-performance culture.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and technology enablement.
• Oversee compliance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Partner with global and regional finance teams to deliver a consistent service model.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks to ensure accountability and quality.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CPA/CA/CIMA desirable).
• 10+ years' finance leadership experience, with 5+ in shared services/global business services.
• Proven experience leading large teams and driving transformation.
• Strong expertise in finance operations, compliance, and internal controls.
• Hands-on ERP/automation knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday, RPA, AI).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
