The Role
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sydney's CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading organisation where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference to our customers' trading experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage professionally with clients via phone and online channels
Clearly explain our share trading services and processes to customers
Follow documented procedures to accurately verify client details and information
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the share selling process
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Strong communication skills for phone and online customer interactions
Ability to explain complex services in clear, simple terms
Meticulous attention to detail when following verification procedures
Professional and friendly customer service approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as a bank teller highly regarded
Background in financial services or customer-facing roles
Understanding of share trading or financial markets (training provided)
