This role will see you become an equity partner in a very successful and growing firm of 25 team members.

You will be an experienced Supervisor / Assistant Manager in an accounting firm looking to take the next step up to Manager or an existing Manager looking to make a sideways move in order to become a partner in the short term.

They offer flexible working conditions such as work from home options, early start early finish or late start and late finish.

You will be a key team member and lead the team by managing workflow, training juniors, reviewing work, managing clients and attending leadership and strategy sessions to discuss the firms ongoing performance.
