What does the job look like?

Are you an experienced HC driver looking to join a reputable and safety-focused team? We’re looking for Casual Heavy Combination Drivers to join our Retail Business Unit based in Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek, NSW, delivering essential goods from DCs to stores.

This is more than just a driving role – it’s an opportunity to be part of one of Australia’s largest retail logistics operations, where safety, teamwork, and customer service are key. We currently have opportunities for shifts across Monday to Sunday, including:

• Kemps Creek: 5:00am or 2:00pm starts
• Eastern Creek: 4:00pm to 6:00pm starts

Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised
• Able to assist in loading and unloading when required
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day-to-day basis

Are you the one?

If you're a reliable, safety-conscious driver who takes pride in doing a great job every day, we want to hear from you. You can demonstrate:

• Current and valid HC license
• History of safe work practices
• Familiarity with New South Wales metro area
• Responsible manual handling experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive approach and positive attitude
