About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Platinum Property Co' team as a Real Estate Inspector - Junior Role. This is a full-time position based in Mandurah. No prior experience is required for this entry-level role, as comprehensive training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

Conduct property inspections and document the condition of rental properties

Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants regarding property maintenance and repairs

Work well as part of our inspections team in a fast paced working environment

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately document property conditions

A keen interest in the real estate industry and a willingness to learn

Proficient in using iPhones and basic technologies

A valid driver's licence - company car is provided
