Role Overview
Reporting to the State Manager, you will service and grow a portfolio of independent supermarkets, corporate banners, and pharmacy accounts across your territory. This role focuses on building strong store relationships, maximising ranging and promotional activity, and ensuring our clients’ products are executed to the highest standard in-store.

You are a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on getting results in store. You plan your territory with precision, run a disciplined call cycle, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams. You take pride in presentation and execution, have an eye for opportunities, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities.
Promote new product lines, seasonal offers, and promotional activity.
Ensure distribution, merchandising, and ticketing compliance in all stores.
Build strong relationships with store managers, department managers, and MSOs.
Maintain accurate call cycles, reporting, and store records.
Support national/state promotional plans and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven success in FMCG sales or related roles.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at store level.
Well organised with excellent time management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Proficient with outlook, and confident using ordering/reporting platforms.
Experience in grocery, independent retail, or pharmacy advantageous.
