We’re looking for a driven and energetic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with more organisations, identify sales opportunities, and book meetings for our senior sales team.

About the Role
This is a proactive, outbound sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers – researching prospects, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for our senior sales team.
You don’t need a cybersecurity background – we’ll give you extensive training on our solutions, industry trends, and sales best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively prospect potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
· Qualify leads against defined criteria to ensure alignment with Cube Cyber’s solutions and target markets.
· Book meetings and qualify opportunities.
· Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
· Research and identify new market segments and prospect lists.
· Meet and exceed KPIs relating to outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
About You
· 12+ months in a sales, telesales, or customer engagement role (tech sales preferred but not essential).
· Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects.
· A self-motivated, energetic, and resilient attitude.
· A genuine interest in building a career in cybersecurity sales.
