The Role
The Strategist will be a pivotal force within the studio, sparking the initial strategic and creative direction of experiential projects. This role requires an individual with a keen awareness of cultural trends & insights with the ability to translate these insights into compelling, opening strategy conceptions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collect and synthesise cultural trends, audience insights, and brand data into clear, actionable foundations for experiential campaigns.
• Translate these findings into compelling strategic narratives that inspire the creative and production team and set the direction for impactful ideas and experiences.
• Collaborating closely with creative and production teams during their process to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence.

Candidates should possess significant experience in a similar strategic role, demonstrating a proven track record within the experiential marketing or creative agency landscape.

Salary
Circa $120k-$130K + super

Location
Central Sydney, with hybrid working on offer.
