We’re working with a leading construction company seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team onsite at a $130M+ luxury apartment development in Palm Beach. This project has an estimated duration of 3 years, with a strong pipeline of additional high-value projects to follow.

Key Details:

• Sole CA on a landmark multi-residential build
  
  
• Report directly to the Project Manager
  
  
• Full project lifecycle involvement
  
  
• Strong emphasis on cost control, contract management, and time management

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years’ experience in multi-residential construction
  
  
• 5+ years’ experience in the commercial construction sector
  
  
• Proven track record of managing contracts independently
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
