The Client

Our client, a highly notable Property Developer and Construction company, seeking a Senior Contract Administrator with a passion to produce great products and contribute to their successful team.

The Role

• Assessment and preparation of progress claims, variation claims, and extensions of time
• Preparation and issuance of tender packages
• Preparation and monitoring of project construction programs
• Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
• Management of payment claims including the development and implementation of payment processes to ensure all claims and payment schedules meet relevant legislation timeframes
• Review and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and projections in conjunction with the project managers
• Providing support to Project Managers as required
• DA approvals and implementation of feasibilities/ costings

Experience Required:

• 5+ years experience in developing and implementing robust policies, processes, and procedures for commercial procurement and contract management practices
• High attention to detail
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Excel & Project & Estate Master

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management preferred but not essential
• Experience working on residential developments and commercial fit-outs
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
