We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working Marketing Coordinator who is ready to step up and join a great team based in the North Ryde area! Within this role you will join a close-knit and collaborative team supporting across all marketing coordination and design.

If you have the right attitude and are keen to grow your skills in the marketing space, this could be the role for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with marketing team to ensure campaigns go live on time as planned
  • Work with external designer on print mock ups for publication
  • Prepare inbound & Outbound Samples for respective brands as required
  • Liaise with finance team on day to day administration
  • Maintain retail online portals
  • Monitor activity in the online catalogue


Who you are?

  • Marketing and design experience with design capabilities
  • Proactive with great initiative and passion for owning your responsibilities and delivering high quality support
  • Confident learning new software platforms
  • Great customer service and stakeholder management skills


This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm) Office based.
