Details of positions we have available:

Position one – Perth Metropolitan: South of the River

• Occupational Therapist positions (part time or full time) available in facilities located south of the river, offering a pay rate of $50–$55 per hour.
• Successful applicants will assess new residents, develop therapy and care plans, conduct risk assessments, and support and guide Therapy staff in program delivery.
• Requirements include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), WA registration, strong communication skills, experience in aged care, current police clearance, and flu vaccination.

Position Two – Perth Metropolitan: Eastern Suburbs

• Occupational Therapist position available on a 6-month contract, based in the eastern suburbs of metropolitan Western Australia, with opportunities for both part time and full time work.
• The role covers home care, respite, and residential care settings, involving resident assessments, developing and evaluating therapy programs and care plans, conducting risk assessments, and supporting Therapy staff in program delivery.
• Up to $55.00 per hour depending on experience, and employee benefits include salary packaging, Employee Assistance Program.

Position Three – Regional WA

• Occupational Therapist needed to join their team on a part-time basis for a residential care facility in Broome.
• The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centered services, facilitating individual and group therapies
• Applicants must be able to work independently and collaboratively, and genuinely motivated to make a positive impact on residents’ lives.

About you:

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy and have full registration with AHPRA
• Experience within a residential aged care environment preferred but not essential
• Eager, passionate and committed to delivering exceptional care
• Able to conduct through assessments and design and update holistic care plans
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with and engage residents and families
