What you'll be doing

• Deliver OT services across community health, rehab and aged care clients
• Support patients post-discharge with functional rehab, equipment prescription & discharge planning
• Collaborate with a passionate MDT to help people regain independence in their daily lives

What we're looking for

• OT experience in community health, home visits, rehab or aged care
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage a varied caseload
• Extra bonus if you've worked with neurological clients or have ieMR knowledge
• AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
• Australian Working Rights - Working holiday Visa's welcome
