About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse's to become an integral part of our esteemed Paediatric Unit. Our dedicated 10-bed Children's ward caters to the needs of our youngest and most vulnerable patients, providing exceptional care to babies, children, and adolescents with various medical and surgical conditions.

As a member of our dynamic Paediatric Unit, you'll collaborate closely with a range of clinical and allied health services to deliver positive outcomes for our patients and their families.

Position Overview

  • Fixed term parental leave contracts available, October 2025 until September 2026
  • Full Time and Part time. Please advise of your preferred hours in your application
  • Warrnambool Campus
  • Registered Nurse, Grade 2
  • Salary Range: $83,803.20 - $103,152.40 pro rata, plus superannuation

What you bring

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse,
  • Minimum 3 years' of recent experience in an acute nursing setting, with recent paediatric experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated high-level clinical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities at all levels
  • A commitment to ongoing education and professional development
  • A Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Paediatrics) is highly desirable
