About the role:
As Cruise Director, you’ll be the face of the crew – hosting and running everything from intimate birthdays and weddings to corporate events, Christmas parties and everything else in between.

Lead and direct a team between 2 to 10 staff on board

Make sure service runs smoothly, guests are happy and vibes are high

Keep everything on track from catering and drinks to DJs and entertainment

Be the go-to for both our guests and crew while cruising the world’s most iconic Harbour

What we’re after:

Hospitality supervisory experience is a must (floor manager, duty manager, events supervisor, chief stew or similar)

A confident leader who can rally a team and still keep a smile on their face

Great communicator with a “make it happen” attitude

Experience working on boats = awesome (but if not, we’ll teach you)

Must be free most Friday evenings and weekends, that’s when the magic happens! (Anywhere between 6 and 20 hours per week average, up to 40 hours available through evenings and weekends of November and December)
