South Yarra Strength is a niche, appointment-only personal training studio located in the heart of South Yarra.

Our coaches specialize in weights training, strength training, weight loss, body recomposition, and novice powerlifting. We pride ourselves on not following fast-fashion fitness trends. Instead, we focus on the reality of eating well and training hard, delivering elite personal training services to anyone who wants to move and look after themselves better. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Studio Manager to join the SYS team in a permanent part-time role (25 hours across three days per week). The ideal candidate will bring experience in the fitness industry or studio management, along with strong critical thinking, empathy, and impeccable communication skills. This role is heavily customer-service focused and requires the candidate to be a face of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales, Business Development & Systems; including weekly new client calls, Go High Level experience is a bonus, converting memberships in studio & supporting Coaches Initial Appointments. Managing the upsell of in-house programs, courses or offers. Identifying new business opportunities.

• Structure, prepare & deliver weekly Team Meeting

• Oversee and maintain studio cleanliness and presentation

• Coordinate and manage coaches’ diaries and schedules

• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns, experience with AdsManager & Meta a bonus. Coordinate & execute studio social calendar

• Handle administrative tasks to support studio operations and deliver effective communication to Director

• Deliver exceptional customer service to the SYS community

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate III in Group Fitness

• Certificate IV in Personal Training

• Previous experience in the fitness industry or studio management (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to think critically and problem-solve

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
