The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness South Morang. You’ll work closely with the Club Manager to drive sales, member engagement, and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

Support the Club Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational targets.

Lead front-of-house operations and ensure a welcoming member experience.

Drive membership growth through outbound calls, lead management, and paid trial conversions.

Assist with rostering, reporting, and administration.

Create engaging social media content and support local marketing initiatives.

Contribute to a clean, safe, and motivating club environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.

Passion for health and fitness, with a professional and approachable attitude.

Sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience highly regarded).

Flexible availability, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
