Deliver client-centred case management and early intervention strategies.

Facilitate access to education, employment, and specialist services (e.g. mental health, youth justice, accommodation, AOD).

Maintain accurate records, reports, and referrals in line with service agreements.

Participate in community networks and represent Youturn positively.

Ensure compliance with child safety, youth justice, and mandatory reporting requirements.

What You’ll Bring

A qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Services or similar.

Experience working with vulnerable young people and a deep understanding of the challenges they face.

Demonstrated knowledge of client-centred case management principles and their practical application.

Understanding of the challenges facing young people experiencing instability and disadvantage.

Knowledge of child protection systems, youth justice, and mandatory reporting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
