Our Australian Super team is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for passionate customer experience professionals to join us. If you’re ready to make a real impact supporting members of some of Australia’s largest super funds, we want to hear from you. No call centre experience? No problem, we’ll train you!

What we offer:
• Full training provided – bring your customer service skills, and we’ll take care of the rest
• Work-life balance: Rotating roster between 1pm-8pm, 5 x 5 hour shifts OR 5 x 4 hour shifts
• $28.12 per hour + super + incentives.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking inbound calls and providing clear, helpful support to members with online support, super accumulation, withdrawals, pension, investments, and employer contributions.
• Using internal systems to answer questions and resolve issues
• Following compliance processes and keeping customer information secure
• Referring customers to other departments when needed
