About the role

Best Coast Plumbing and Gas PTY LTD is seeking an experienced schedular/ call taker to join our growing team in Perth. This full-time position will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing our schedule and providing administrative support.

This is a work from home role, we do require someone who has a good understanding of Perth suburb locations.

What you'll be doing

Sitting at the clean end of the plunger, you'll be in charge of tracking our inbound leads, scheduling the jobs in, communicating with the technicians through the day and just being an all-round superstar.

What we're looking for

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and customer service abilities

Experience in using 3CX phone systems

Previous experience in a similar administrative or scheduling role, ideally in the trades or services industry

Experience with servicem8 or similar software

We are looking for someone with a fun bubbly attitude that can calm our customers nerves when they're in the sh*t.
