If you have the right personality and work ethic than everything else can be taught. We provide full training so that everyone is up to our standard of compliance.

Financial advisers are amazing at putting together complex investment strategies, but your average truck driver, tradie, nurse, or school teacher may not understand the importance of obtaining financial advice.

Our goal is to make the process of obtaining financial advice as painless and enjoyable as possible whilst working as a team and having fun.

Superannuation discovery is the first step in doing that. We help our clients in finding out the facts about their current superannuation and obtaining proper financial advice from a licensed financial planner who can help them meet their goals.

Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing clients.

 Obtain and process personal information from our clients in accordance with Australian

privacy laws.

 Listen to customer needs and identify areas where our financial advisers could

potentially provide tailored solutions.

 Provide exceptional customer service.

 Work towards compliance and performance targets.

 Follow FFA policies and procedures, including record keeping and professional conduct requirements.

 Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and effectively engage with customers
