About the Role
We're looking for Customer Service Associates who understand both finance and the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. These roles are ideal for recent finance or business graduates who want to kickstart their careers at the intersection of finance and technology.
You’ll be the first line of support for their clients — helping them navigate their investment and superannuation journeys, resolve queries, and understand their products and services with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
· A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
· Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
· A genuine interest in investments, superannuation, fintech, and financial literacy
· Ability to simplify complex financial topics for everyday users
· Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Previous customer support or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
· Superannuation experience will be highly regarded
