We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hard-working Food Truck Manager to take the reins of our busy mobile kitchen. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid kitchen experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exciting specials, leading day-to-day food truck operations, and assisting with occasional shifts in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the food truck from setup to pack down

Organise and correspond with potential clients for events

Prepare and cook high-quality menu items, including weekly specials

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control

Collaborate with the wider kitchen and management team

Assist in the restaurant as required

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive team environment

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is essential

Must have a full driver’s licence and be confident to drive a food truck

Proven ability to work unsupervised and manage responsibilities independently

Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Creativity and initiative to develop new menu specials

Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday

Punctual, dependable, and positive under pressure

Food safety certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
